Shipping Policy

Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 3pm PST will ship the following business day, however, during periods of high order volume which occur without notice, orders may take 2-3 business days or more to ship.  Backordered/out of stock items may take longer than 3 business days to ship.  Same day shipping on orders cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances, even if an express shipping method has been chosen. 

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances out of our control may impact delivery time.

Please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday and no orders will be processed in that timeframe.

We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice.  Due to the nature of our product we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Shipping costs will be based on weight of the product, which is listed on the products individual page.

Free shipping on orders over $199 (US customers shipped via UPS Ground).
