What you choose to packaging your food or products in is one of the most important aspects in branding and hence, building sales. Quite simply, packaging is an extension of your brand/product and it is often what makes the critical first impression on customers, which ultimately has a major influence on whether or not they choose to buy. Unfortunately, most companies view packaging as a way to save money, oftentimes sacrificing functionality and aesthetics for a few cents. Aesthetically pleasing, well-designed packaging sets your brand apart from run of the mill companies who have no interest in making a statement with their products. Packaging can easily become a major selling point for your product, especially when marketed properly.
